Midland was a super fun event, and Spring Break was amazing for the Freeland Fabricators, but now we’re getting back to work in the Bot Cave in preparation for the State championship at SVSU.
Although we didn’t win at the Midland competition, we are coming into States with renewed spirits and our chins raised high. We still took away quite a bit of information from the competition. We realized that we needed to not rely on our alliance partners as much and focus more on ourselves. We are starting to redesign our current intake system, making an overall larger design and trying to cut off extra weight on the robot. This will allow us to be more consistent with our intake and get points faster.
